LZJPCB runs its Shenzhen FPC factory using 2,500 square meters of Class-100,000 cleanroom space. They produce 8,000 square meters of flexible circuits every month. LZJPCB started its PCBA assembly work back in 2014, we have two main sites now. These are the Shenzhen headquarters and a precision center in Changsha. SMT capacity handles chips as small as 01005 and goes up to fine-pitch BGAs (0.35 mm pitch minimum). For ICs, placement accuracy is ±0.03 mm. It’s ±0.04 mm for general parts. The Shenzhen factory hits a daily soldering capacity of 8 million joints using automated lines with YAMAHA machines and GKG printers. we also use Jingtuo 10-12 zone reflow ovens. Plus, in-line AOI and X-Ray inspection are standard here. we assemble standard rigid boards, FPCs, rigid-flex setups, and metal-core substrates. All work follows IPC-A-610 Class 2 and Class 3 standards and IPC-J-STD-001 soldering rules.

BOM Sourcing and Electronic Components Procurement

LZJPCB is a contract manufacturer that handles the entire PCB process. They do it all, from design and review to fabrication, production, and testing. This includes FPC and rigid-flex production, sourcing components from authorized manufacturers, SMT and DIP assembly, conformal coating, and box-build integration. Customers just need to provide the Gerber file and BOM, and LZJPCB takes care of the rest, all under one agreement and quality management system. It’s a full turnkey service, so customers don’t have to deal with multiple vendors or brokers.
