Shenzhen PCBA and FPC Factory
As the founding site, the Shenzhen headquarters functions as a central pcb manufacturer Shenzhen and pcba manufacturer, managing global accounts, engineering, and export logistics within its 6,000 square meter facility. From this base, the company leverages the local electronics ecosystem for component sourcing and freight forwarding, while housing primary PCBA lines and an FPC factory that supports design reviews across all group locations.
Jiangxi PCB Factory
The Jiangxi pcb factory is a 15,000 square meter pcb plant in Ji'an that produces 1–40 layer rigid boards using materials from FR-4 to Rogers, with advanced process options including impedance control. As a key pcb supplier, this printed circuit board factory supplies bare boards to the group's assembly sites in Shenzhen, Changsha, and Indonesia, while also shipping directly to global OEMs.
Changsha PCBA Center
Established in October 2024, the Changsha facility is a 3,000 square meter precision assembly center that builds on a decade of local operational experience. This site expands the company's domestic PCBA capacity beyond Shenzhen, serving as an additional china pcba manufacturer for clients requiring redundant assembly options within China.
Jakarta Indonesia Factory
The Jakarta pcb factory and assembly site, opened in May 2025, is the group's first overseas facility, supporting China Plus One sourcing for Western OEMs and regional delivery to ASEAN customers. Operating under the same ISO and IATCP quality systems as the circuit board factory and printed circuit board factory in China, this 4,000 square meter plant is staffed by engineers trained at the Shenzhen headquarters.
How Four Factories Support Supply Chain Security
LZJPCB built its multi-site setup on one simple idea: no customer should ever be stuck relying on just one building. The factory in Jiangxi sends bare boards to the assembly lines in Shenzhen, Changsha, and Indonesia. Any of those three sites can handle the work. Which is the whole point.
This setup supports:
- A safety net inside China (Shenzhen and Changsha) for projects with shifting volumes or specific regional needs.
- A China Plus One option through the Indonesia site. This helps customers who need to build outside of China for legal or trade reasons.
- Consistent engineering. If a project moves between Shenzhen, Changsha, or Jakarta, you keep the same engineers and BOM. And the quality system stays exactly the same too.
- Faster shipping to ASEAN countries. It takes 1 to 4 days for sea freight from Jakarta to reach most destinations. By comparison, shipping from ports in southern China takes 7-14 days.
OEM buyers get a partner that is a real factory with actual supply chain depth. LZJPCB isn’t a trading company that hands off production to outside workshops.
Full Chain PCB Manufacturing and Assembly Services
LZJPCB builds its business around the whole electronics manufacturing cycle. But they aren’t just a single-process shop. Instead, they bring five connected service modules under one engineering system and a single set of quality standards. This setup lets OEM customers get their PCBs, FPCs, assembly, and parts from one vendor (who is actually accountable) instead of juggling different suppliers. Each service module is described below.
PCB Manufacturing Capabilities for Prototype to Mass Production
LZJPCB produces rigid printed circuit boards at our Jiangxi factory. we handle single layer boards and designs with as many as 40 layers. our HDI boards support stack-ups like 1+N+1 and 2+N+2, plus 3+N+3. For telecom and radar tech, we build high-frequency boards using Rogers, PTFE, or Nelco substrates. also make metal-core PCBs for LED and power electronics heat management. Plus, we offer flex and rigid-flex boards for when space is an issue. The Jiangxi plant handles over 2,500 unique part numbers each month, total capacity tops 50,000 square meters. Customers in 50 countries use LZJPCB as our board house for prototypes and mass production.
FPC and Rigid Flex Manufacturing with 98% First Pass Yield
LZJPCB runs its Shenzhen FPC factory using 2,500 square meters of Class-100,000 cleanroom space. They produce 8,000 square meters of flexible circuits every month. The team builds 1-8 layer FPC and rigid-flex boards with 2 mil minimum trace widths and 0.05 mm laser holes. Their first-pass yield stays above 98%.
Typical uses include medical device connectors and automotive lighting flex boards. They also make camera module interposers, battery management ribbon cables, and wearable device circuits. But the Shenzhen team can handle 24-hour expedited delivery for designs that qualify.
PCBA Assembly Services Since 2014 with SMT DIP and Box Build
LZJPCB started its PCBA assembly work back in 2014, we have two main sites now. These are the Shenzhen headquarters and a precision center in Changsha. SMT capacity handles chips as small as 01005 and goes up to fine-pitch BGAs (0.35 mm pitch minimum). For ICs, placement accuracy is ±0.03 mm. It’s ±0.04 mm for general parts. The Shenzhen factory hits a daily soldering capacity of 8 million joints using automated lines with YAMAHA machines and GKG printers. we also use Jingtuo 10-12 zone reflow ovens. Plus, in-line AOI and X-Ray inspection are standard here. we assemble standard rigid boards, FPCs, rigid-flex setups, and metal-core substrates. All work follows IPC-A-610 Class 2 and Class 3 standards and IPC-J-STD-001 soldering rules.
LZJPCB is a full-service PCB assembly shop. we offer coating, potting, and functional testing (among other things). But we also handle full box-build integration for customers that need turnkey delivery of finished electronic subassemblies.
BOM Sourcing and Electronic Components Procurement
LZJPCB builds BOM consolidation and component sourcing directly into its PCB manufacturing service, it isn’t a side brokerage business. All electronic parts come only from authorized manufacturers and franchised distributors. We can provide full traceability docs if you ask for them. Every batch goes through an IQC inspection before hitting the production floor. The warehouse is kept under temperature and humidity control with ESD protection and follows FIFO rules. LZJPCB engineers also help with BOM optimization. Especially for EOL substitutions. And they handle both bulk orders and those hard-to-find or allocation-constrained semiconductors.
PCB Design and DFM Engineering
LZJPCB has more than 50 PCB Electronics Engineers on staff. 30 are senior experts with 5 to 12 years of design experience. These teams handle up to 28-layer board stacking on major EDA platforms. we manage layouts with over 100,000 pins. we also work with 2.5 mil minimum trace and spacing, plus 6 mil mechanical vias (we use 4 mil for laser vias). BGA fanout for packages with over 5,000 pins at a 0.3 mm pitch is standard for them. we route high-speed signals at 112 Gbps. This involves design-for-manufacturability (DFM) reviews synced with processes at the LZJPCB Jiangxi factory and Shenzhen PCBA lines. our experience covers Phytium FT5000C server platforms and Broadcom switch silicon reference designs. we’ve also worked on FMC-based switching hardware.
One Vendor One Quality System
These five service modules aren’t separate product lines. They work as one workflow. The design team handles the DFM review. Board fabrication happens at the Jiangxi or Shenzhen FPC plant. The group procurement team handles the BOM and the Shenzhen or Changsha assembly lines finish the PCBA and testing. But it’s all under one LZJPCB quality management system (keeping things consistent). This stops the gaps and lack of accountability in multi-vendor EMS supply chains. It’s simpler for customers needing a PCB supplier for finished results.
The Scale of LZJPCB's Operations
For procurement teams evaluating potential PCB vendors, a company’s size is a key factor. LZJPCB is a large PCB manufacturer, and that’s clear from several angles: its facilities, production capacity, engineering team, and the range of industries it serves. These aspects are broken down below.
Facility Footprint Across Four Sites
- Shenzhen Headquarters 6,000 m²
- Jiangxi PCB Factory 15,000 m²
- Changsha PCBA Center 3,000 m²
- Jakarta Indonesia Factory 4,000 m²
- Total Combined Floor Area 28,000 m²
Production Output Capacity
The Jiangxi PCB plant produces over 50,000 square meters of bare rigid PCBs every month, covering more than 2,500 unique part numbers. At the Shenzhen PCBA factory, daily soldering hits 8 million joints, component placement is over 200 million units a month across several parallel SMT lines. And the Shenzhen FPC factory adds 8,000 square meters of flexible circuits. When a project needs both rigid and flexible circuits in one assembly, LZJPCB’s combined setup handles the engineering coordination that multi-vendor approaches lack.
Engineering and Workforce Depth
LZJPCB has a workforce of over 200 people, covering various areas such as engineering, production, quality, procurement, and sales. The PCB design engineering team is made up of over 50 layout engineers, more than 30 of whom have between 5 to 12 years of experience in PCB design. And that experience matters. The PCBA production management team has a combined average of over 10 years of experience in the EMS industry, with core technical staff averaging more than five years of tenure. This stability, built on 20 years of company history and low turnover in key technical roles, means the company retains valuable knowledge about process parameters, materials behavior, and customer requirements from one project to the next. So, institutional knowledge is preserved across projects and production batches.
Customer Reach and Industry Coverage
LZJPCB ships PCB and PCBA products to customers in over 50 countries, with a delivery rate that’s almost always on time, above 99%. Our customers come from a wide range of industries – think automotive electronics, medical devices, renewable energy, and more. You’ve also got industrial control, power electronics, test and measurement instrumentation, artificial intelligence hardware, telecommunications, and smart wearables in the mix.
So, the products we make are incredibly diverse, from small batches for R&D to huge volumes for established product lines. And that’s the point – this mix of clients and order sizes shows LZJPCB can handle big jobs, but still take care of smaller orders, all from the same setup.

Telecommunications & 5G Infrastructure
High-frequency PCB requirements in telecommunications, such as low dielectric loss tangents and precise impedance control, are a challenge. The Jiangxi PCB factory supports these requirements through dedicated high-frequency material processing lines, which can handle mixed-material stack-ups – a combination of Rogers and FR-4, for instance. LZJPCB fabricates PCBs for various applications, including base station transceivers, antenna feed networks, and fiber-optic interface boards. we also make high-speed backplanes that operate at data rates of up to 112 Gbps. And in terms of specific products, our PCBs are used in a range of devices.
Industrial Control and Instrumentation
LZJPCB supplies rigid and rigid-flex PCBs for a range of applications, including PLC controllers, motor drives, sensor interface boards, and industrial communication modules. These products often need complex designs, with 6 to 14 layers, controlled impedance, and heavy copper inner layers to handle power. we also require a mix of through-hole and SMD assembly. The Jiangxi PCB factory is set up to meet these needs, with capabilities like 12 oz copper, vias with up to 16:1 aspect ratio, and impedance tolerance of ±5%. And this capacity is crucial for supporting the production of these advanced PCBs.
Renewable Energy and Power Electronics
Solar inverter controllers, wind turbine pitch-control electronics, and battery management system PCBs need reliable thermal management, which is typically achieved through metal-core substrates and heavy copper layers. And we have to withstand harsh environments. LZJPCB’s manufacturing capability, including aluminum and copper metal-core PCBs, plus the Jiangxi plant’s ability to handle heavy copper up to 12 oz, meets these demands from a single source.
Consumer Electronics and Smart Wearables
FPCs from LZJPCB’s Shenzhen facility are used in a range of consumer applications, including smartwatch interposers, fitness tracker sensor boards, and TWS earbud connectors, as well as camera module flex cables for smartphones. And the factory’s high first-pass yield, over 98%, and rapid delivery option, which can get products to customers in 24 hours, fit well with the typical launch schedules for consumer electronics products.
Artificial Intelligence Hardware and High-Speed Computing
AI accelerator cards, GPU carrier boards, data-center switch backplanes, and network interface cards require high-layer-count PCBs with advanced interconnects. We also support high-speed design, up to 112 Gbps, which makes us a good fit for AI hardware programs, from concept to pilot production stage. And our capabilities are particularly useful when you need to move quickly, from initial concept to the pilot production stage, so you can get your product out the door faster.
Why International Buyers Choose LZJPCB
International electronics OEMs searching for PCB suppliers in China weigh several factors, such as technical capability, quality systems, and commercial reliability. LZJPCB differentiates itself, and it’s largely because of six key attributes that address common problems with sourcing PCBs and PCBAs from multiple vendors. These attributes stem from customer feedback, which explains the company’s 20-year track record of retaining clients, and that’s quite an achievement.
Vertical Integration Under One Group
Most OEMs source their bare PCBs from one supplier and their PCBA from another, so they have to manage the interface between the two. LZJPCB makes this easier by handling everything under one roof: we fabricate the bare PCB at our Jiangxi plant, procure the BOM through our authorized distributors, and finish the assembly at one of our facilities in Shenzhen, Changsha, or Indonesia. This is all managed by a single engineering team, with a unified quality management system, and just one commercial agreement. You get a single point of accountability for the finished PCBA, which reduces the time spent on engineering coordination with suppliers and lowers the risk of disputes between separate vendors.
China Plus One Capability via the Indonesia Factory
For US and EU electronics brands that need to manufacture outside China due to compliance, tariff, or supply-chain diversification policies, LZJPCB has a solution. Their Jakarta, Indonesia factory offers a China Plus One PCBA assembly option. And this is where it gets simpler – customers can transfer a qualified PCBA program from the Shenzhen assembly line to the Indonesia one, with the same engineering team, same component sources, and same IPC workmanship standard. This approach is commercially and operationally simpler than finding a new EMS provider in a new country, which would require a separate vendor qualification cycle and a second BOM audit.
One Engineering Team Across All Sites
LZJPCB’s team of PCB design engineers, DFM reviewers, and production engineers work together seamlessly. When a customer’s Gerber file is reviewed in Shenzhen, it enters the same workflow, regardless of whether the board will be fabricated at Jiangxi and assembled in Changsha or in Jakarta. So, engineering changes, process deviations, and quality non-conformances are all handled through one channel. This approach is different from the typical EMS scenario, where customers have to coordinate feedback between separate PCB fabricators and assembly houses, which can be a real hassle.
Over 99% On-Time Delivery Performance
LZJPCB consistently delivers over 99% of its PCB, FPC, and PCBA orders on time. They offer expedited lead times as a standard service, with single or double-sided PCB prototypes taking 12 hours, four-layer boards taking 24 hours, six-layer boards taking 48 hours, and PCBA prototypes taking between 24 and 48 hours. This consistent delivery performance comes from owning the entire production chain, rather than relying on third-party suppliers, which can be unpredictable.
Over 98% First-Pass Yield Rate
First-pass yield across FPC production consistently exceeds 98%, a metric that reflects mature process controls and reduces the hidden costs of rework and delayed shipments for customers. PCB and PCBA first-pass yields are maintained at comparably high levels and are disclosed to qualified customers during the quotation phase.
Transparent Pricing and Full Component Traceability
LZJPCB’s component pricing is straightforward, tied directly to authorized-distributor pricing. we disclose costs line by line on the BOM quotation, with no hidden markups in assembly fees. Components are sourced from original manufacturers and franchised distributors, and full traceability documentation, including manufacturer lot codes and date codes, is available if you need it.
Material authenticity isn’t just a claim at LZJPCB, it’s something we enforce. we do this through IQC incoming inspection, first-in-first-out warehouse rotation, and a zero-tolerance policy for grey-market or broker-sourced parts. And this approach, along with their other practices, is a key reason LZJPCB is often referenced by international buyers as a preferred Chinese PCB manufacturer. The company works with customers in over 50 countries, and we have multi-year production programs, which validates our sourcing model.
The People Behind LZJPCB
Manufacturing quality in PCB and PCBA production depends on more than just equipment. It’s about engineering judgment, operator experience, and management stability. LZJPCB’s team is set up to keep engineering expertise close to production decisions, which helps maintain continuity across customer programs.
Engineering Leadership
LZJPCB’s engineering team includes over 50 PCB design engineers, among them more than 30 senior engineers with 5 to 12 years of experience. We also have a dedicated DFM review group within the manufacturing engineering department. Our senior team has worked on various platforms, including Phytium FT5000C server CPU boards, Broadcom switch silicon reference designs, and FMC-compatible switching hardware. And we’ve got a portfolio of engineering cases, available for qualified customers to review.

Production Management Team — 10+ Year EMS Veterans
The PCBA production management team at LZJPCB has over 10 years of collective experience in electronics manufacturing services. Core technical staff average more than five years with the company, and key process engineers, like those in SMT programming, reflow profile optimization, and AOI algorithm tuning, have been with LZJPCB for multiple years. This means fewer errors when setting up processes, faster ramp-ups for new products, and consistent quality in repeat orders. And that’s because the same engineer who set up a customer’s first batch is often still managing that line years later, like when they place a third-year repeat order.
Organizational Structure
LZJPCB is divided into departments that mirror the stages of working with a customer: Sales and Overseas Business Development, PCB Design Engineering, PCB Fabrication Engineering, PCBA Production Engineering, Quality Assurance and In-Process Inspection, Procurement and Supply Chain, Logistics and Export Documentation, and Administrative Support. The company has sales offices in several cities in China and local representation in key export markets, which helps prevent customer communication from getting stuck with one person.
If you have an engineering question, need to discuss procurement, or want to request a quality audit, LZJPCB’s setup ensures you’re in touch with the right engineer – not a salesperson who’s just passing on messages. And that makes a big difference, since it means you can get straight answers, and things get done faster. So, you can get help when you need it, without having to go through a middleman.
Company Mission, Vision & Values
LZJPCB’s corporate philosophy has stayed the same since it was founded in 2006. The mission, vision, and values are not just something they came up with recently, they’re the principles that have been guiding the company as it grew from a small PCB trader with one office into a bigger international electronics manufacturer with four sites.

LZJPCB holds certifications like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, and UL, all issued by accredited bodies. You can verify these certifications through the registries of the issuing bodies. When customers go through the supplier qualification process, they get access to certification documents, including scope statements, expiry dates, and audit schedules. And if they want, customers can do on-site quality audits at any LZJPCB manufacturing facility, which is a direct way to check process controls, operator competency, and equipment condition. The company also has over 20 patents, and it can share this portfolio during the qualification process.
How do I request a quote or start a project with LZJPCB?
Send your Gerber files, BOM, and technical requirements to sales@lzjpcb.com. Our engineering team will review your design for manufacturability, check component availability, and provide a quote for the services you need. If a part is hard to find, they’ll suggest alternatives. For bigger projects or regular production runs, it’s a good idea to schedule a call with one of our engineers first, so you can iron out the details and avoid revisions later on.

Visit LZJPCB or Start a Project
LZJPCB welcomes on-site factory audits at any of our four manufacturing facilities. A factory visit is the most direct way to verify production capability, equipment condition, operator competency, and quality control discipline. Our engineering team will host the visit and provide full access to the relevant production lines, quality records, and testing equipment.
Request a Quote
To receive a commercial quotation for PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, FPC production, or a full turnkey program, email your Gerber files, BOM, quantity forecasts, and any special requirements to sales@lzjpcb.com. For complex multi-layer or HDI projects, we recommend including the stack-up diagram and impedance requirements in your initial inquiry to expedite the DFM review.
