I am a Senior Electronics Engineer at LZJPCB, specializing in PCB manufacturing, PCB assembly (PCBA), Design for Manufacturability (DFM) optimization, multilayer PCB design support, and electronic manufacturing processes.

With over 7 years of experience in PCB engineering and production, I have personally managed and supervised more than 300 PCB projects, serving clients across over 20 countries and regions in various industries, including automotive, medical, and industrial manufacturing. By identifying and correcting design flaws prior to production, my DFM reviews have saved an average of $3,200 in rework costs per project; this rigorous workflow has also helped the projects I oversee achieve a 99.3% on-time delivery rate.

I work directly with LZJPCB’s engineering and production teams in China and Indonesia to ensure consistent quality control and on-time delivery for complex PCB and PCBA projects. In the past year alone, I have successfully guided 36 new products through the transition from prototype development to mass production. I collaborate daily with a 200-person production team across two ISO-certified facilities in China and Indonesia to ensure that every circuit board strictly complies with IPC-A-610 Class 2 or Class 3 standards.
