Established dedicated PCB and FPC manufacturing factories, significantly expanding production capacity and technical capabilities.
Achieved ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certifications, formalizing our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Obtained UL and CUL safety certifications, enabling us to serve North American markets and clients with stringent regulatory compliance requirements.
Launched the PCBA division and SMT factory, completing our one-stop service offering from bare PCB fabrication to fully assembled PCBAs.
Established the Changsha office, extending our PCBA assembly capabilities to central China and enhancing our geographic coverage for domestic and export fulfillment.
Completed the 15,000 sqm Ji'an, Jiangxi PCB manufacturing base -- our largest production facility, dedicated exclusively to high-volume bare board manufacturing.
Headquarters relocated to Hangcheng, Shenzhen, providing an upgraded 6,000 sqm facility to house FPC manufacturing, PCBA assembly, and engineering teams under one roof.
Established a dedicated FPC flexible board factory with Class 100K cleanroom, 2 dedicated production lines, and a monthly capacity of 8,000 sqm for flex and rigid-flex boards.
Achieved IATF 16949 automotive quality management certification, formally qualifying LZJPCB as a certified supplier for automotive electronics manufacturers and Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers worldwide.
Completed the full Changsha PCBA assembly factory, adding dedicated SMT capacity in central China to improve regional delivery speed and production flexibility.
Completed the Indonesia overseas PCBA assembly factory and the Bao'an Tantou base in Shenzhen -- establishing our first overseas production footprint and reinforcing our global manufacturing network.
