Can LZJPCB source components for prototype PCB assembly?
Prototype sourcing can be reviewed with your complete BOM, build quantity, package requirements and approved supply routes. MOQ, packaging, spare material and the intended assembly schedule are confirmed in the quotation.
What information should my BOM include?
Include manufacturer, complete MPN, reference designators, per-board quantity, DNP status, package or grade constraints, approved alternatives, build quantity, BOM revision and required material date.
How are alternative components approved?
A different MPN is reviewed for electrical, package, footprint, assembly and project-specific requirements. It is not added to the purchase list until the agreed customer approval is recorded.
